David Sailer

Chief Financial Officer and Vice President

David Sailer was named CFO and Vice President for iVillage, the essential women’s digital brand, in 2010.  In this role, Sailer sets and executes on the business’ financial goals, shaping revenue streams and driving budgets.



Before joining the iVillage team, David was Vice President of Finance at NBCUniversal’s top-rated cable news network, MSNBC, where he was able to capitalize and build upon their explosive ratings growth.  Sailer also created an organizational structure for the business to grow and operate as a standalone organization within NBCUniversal.



Prior, David led finance for both NBC News and MSNBC news programming operations, where he drastically improved the business and operating model for NBC network and cable news.



Previous, Sailer held roles of increasing responsibility within NBC News, NBCU Corporate, MSNBC and business news leader, CNBC.  He began his career at The Hunter Group in New Jersey.



Sailer holds a Masters of Business Administration, Finance and Marketing from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Science, Professional Accounting degree from Montclair State University in New Jersey.  He lives in New Jersey with his family.
