Steve Dolcemaschio

Chief Operating Officer, E!

As Chief Operating Officer for E! Entertainment, Steve Dolcemaschio oversees all of the company’s core financial operations and manages the finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and facility operations for E! Working closely with the network’s business development and operating divisions, Dolcemaschio is also responsible for the development of long range financial plans and strategy for the company.

Prior to joining E! in 2000, Dolcemaschio worked as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer for BBDO West in Los Angeles and San Francisco for sixteen years. In this role, he served as key business advisor to the company’s President and Chief Creative Officer and directed the agency's financial and operational functions.

Prior to this, he held a variety of positions including Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for ARA Transportation; Manager, Financial Analysis & Internal Auditor for Max Factor & Co. in California; and Senior Auditor at Arthur Young & Co. in New York.

A Certified Public Accountant, Dolcemaschio received a bachelor of science in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
