Jean-Louis Bonnier

J.L. Bonnier has served as Chief Financial Officer for Universal Parks and Resorts, a division of NBCUniversal, since 2005.  Mr. Bonnier is responsible for leading UPR’s finance organization, including financial planning, controllership, financial operations, and plays a significant role in strategic initiatives for the division. He reports directly to Tom Williams, UPR’s chairman and chief executive officer.

Mr. Bonnier joined NBC in 1999 as director of financial planning and analysis for NBC’s broadcast and network operations. In January 2002 he was promoted to vice president financial planning and analysis for NBC’s Television Station division.

In 1991, Mr. Bonnier joined GE Plastics in the Financial Management Program. Upon completion in 1993, he served in a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility in GE Plastics until 1999. In those various positions, he worked in the U.S., Germany, India, France and the Netherlands.

Mr. Bonnier holds a Masters of Science degree from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. He also served as a platoon commander in the Dutch army.
