Lehman is also charged with defining digital research initiatives and innovation plans.

As Executive Vice President, Digital Strategy and Operations, Lehman built and ran MTVN’s centralized digital operations group and oversaw strategic planning, business development, digital distribution, product development and e-commerce. With responsibility for developing new digital ventures, Lehman launched and managed businesses in mobile, gaming, digital music, and social media across all of the MTVN brands.
