Sunil Chadda

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Oxygen Media

Sunil Chadda is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oxygen Media. He is responsible for overseeing Oxygen’s financial operations as well as the development of Oxygen’s strategic and long range plans.

Prior to this role, Sunil served as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for NBCUniversal. He was responsible for NBCUniversal’s cash flow planning and analysis. Before that, he was director of Financial Planning and Analysis for MSNBC. He is also a graduate of the General Electric Company’s Experienced Financial Leadership Program and passed the CPA exam in New York State.

Sunil began his career with Coopers and Lybrand in the Communications, Media & Entertainment group of their Business Assurance practice. He then spent several years at Ian Schrager Hotels in a number of roles with increasing responsibility culminating with the role of Director of Corporate Finance and Accounting.

Sunil is a graduate of Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting. He currently resides in New York City with his wife Marisa.
