LOS ANGELES - September 4, 2012 - E!'s Ross Mathews conducted a one-on-one interview with Michelle Obama as part of the E! News series, "Pop And Politics." Mathews asked the First Lady about the President's achievements over the past three and a half years, their joint excitement for the upcoming election, their children's preparation for the first day of school and....how big is that Oval Office anyway? Mathews also asked Michelle Obama if she would perhaps sing at his wedding one day in the future, to which she said "of course!...I just can't sing!" To see the complete interview tune-in to E! News TONIGHT at 7:00 and 11:30 PM, ET/PT.
"We have a President who has a vision for this country to make sure every American, regardless of who they are or what they look like or who they love, [has] a fair shot at the American Dream," Michelle Obama told Mathews. She also spoke with him about how she encourages voters to visit GottaVote.com to learn more about the voting process and how to register. "Voting is how this country runs and it's our responsibility at whatever age to exercise the rights the people before us fought so hard for us to have." Political beliefs aside, she went on to share her memories of her very first time voting, how much social media she lets her girls engage in and what she likes to watch on television (hint: channels that don't run political ads!).
Be sure to tune-in to this not to be missed interview on E! News TONIGHT at 7:00 and 11:30 PM, ET/PT.
